Returns Products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date All returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Cancellation Policy Because appointments are limited, we do our best to accommodate requests. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Rescheduling Policy We understand that things come up and we’re happy to work with you to adjust your appointment or party. To reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your original time to another client and ensures we can accommodate your new request. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to a fee. Membership Policy Membership payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month. A minimum three-month commitment is required. After this period, memberships may be paused or canceled at any time by submitting a request via email. To ensure we can process changes smoothly, requests to pause or cancel must be received at least 14 days before the next billing date. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
